In April of this year, some South American clients visited Chusheng Vehicle to gain an in-depth understanding of Chusheng’s capabilities. The overall vehicle failure rate is strictly controlled within 2%. All issues are repaired and addressed on-site at the factory to ensure that vehicles are delivered in fully operational condition.

Furthermore, Chusheng Vehicle is equipped with dedicated testing stations for fire truck pumps and fire monitors. At these stations, Chusheng demonstrated how each unit undergoes practical performance checks prior to shipment. This includes real-distance testing of the fire monitor spray range as well as full-vehicle rain and sealing tests to verify structural integrity. These procedures aim to eliminate the risk of leakage and to control quality throughout the entire process before the fire truck is delivered to the customer, ensuring that each vehicle is of stable and reliable quality.
