Cleaning sweeper truck is combined function of road sweeping and road high-pressure washing. It's equipped with 17m high-pressure flushin reels and flushing gun, which is most useful for the stubborn stains cleaning. It's widely use in the field of the city road, expressway, airport, plaza, wharf, tunnel, bridge, roadside, etc.
The road sweeper and washer truck is composed by chassis, auxiliary engine, air blower magnetic valve, debris bin, water system, suction system, water sprinkling system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.
Four brooms sweeping system and suction system combine working, high efficient, water sprinklers equipped our suction nozzle, effective dust suppression.

Common problems and corresponding maintenance methods
Insufficient hydraulic pressure: It may be that the electromagnetic overflow valve pressure adjustment is too low or the valve core is stuck. The overflow pressure needs to be adjusted and the jam needs to be cleared. In addition, clean the inside and outside of the vehicle after daily operation, avoid directly flushing the electrical appliances and motors with a water gun, and ensure that the garbage bin is ventilated and dry.
Loud vibration and noise during operation: There may be air in the hydraulic pipeline, and the pipe joints need to be loosened section by section to exhaust.
Poor road sweeping effect: It may be due to problems such as nozzle angle, auxiliary engine speed, and dust suction pipe blockage, which need to be adjusted or cleaned accordingly. When the winter temperature comes, the water in the clean water tank should be drained, and the air pressure drainage device of the vehicle should be used to drain the remaining water in the high-pressure water pump and the high-pressure water circuit to prevent freezing at low temperatures.
