Canton Fair 2026: Special Trucks at Booth 13.0B11-13

Guangzhou in October runs on deadlines. The 140th Canton Fair opens its first phase on October 15, and for five days the vehicle and auto-parts halls fill with buyers from Lagos, Nairobi, Riyadh and Karachi - the cities that keep our export line busy through the year. Our export team will be in that crowd, at Booth 13.0B11-13, and this post is the invitation we usually send by WhatsApp.

Most of the trucks we export go to customers we’ve never met face‑to‑face. We finalize vehicle specs over phone calls, receive advance payment via T/T, have an inspector carry out inspections at the loading port, and about six weeks later, the trucks roll straight off a ro‑ro ship in Mombasa or Jeddah.

This workflow is functional, yet it leaves plenty of doubts hanging — issues that a quick 30‑minute chat could clear up right away. Is the steel thickness listed on the specification sheet really what’s used on the actual truck? What exact brands are fitted for the pumps, winches and valves? How does the paint finish look in real life, not just in marketing pictures?

This is exactly where the Canton Fair makes a difference. This October, we’ll be there bringing full production build documents, shipment photos and our latest price list.

Here’s a quick breakdown for you: why this autumn fair is worthwhile for buyers of special‑purpose trucks, what you can expect to see at our booth, which matters can be sorted out through a short discussion, plus simple directions to get to Booth 13.0B11‑13, so you won’t waste half your day wandering into the wrong exhibition hall.

1. Why Phase One, and Why Guangzhou

The 140th Canton Fair takes place across three phases, from October 15 through November 4. Phase 1 runs October 15‑19 and focuses on advanced manufacturing — this is where you’ll find the vehicles and auto‑parts zones. If you’re sourcing finished trucks instead of spare parts, this is the only phase you need to attend. Opening hours each day are 9:30 ‑ 18:00.

You really can’t emphasize enough just how big this trade show is. The 139th spring Canton Fair attracted 314,000 international buyers representing 220 countries and regions. The entire exhibition site stretches across roughly 1.55 million square meters, and nearly 32,000 exhibitors take part throughout the whole show. With figures this substantial, it’s no surprise that a distributor from Nigeria and a fleet manager from Saudi Arabia could wind up only a couple of booths apart, exchanging hands‑on insights about identical truck chassis.

One practical point: buyer badge registration and official invitation letters run through the Canton Fair website. If your embassy needs an invitation letter for a visa, start the paperwork before the end of September - the process takes weeks, not days.

2. What to Expect at Booth 13.0B11-13

The stand will not be a poster wall. We are bringing finished trucks from this year's production - a working sample of the complete special-purpose range we export every month - and around them every piece of paper and footage a buyer needs before committing. Printed spec cards for the full model list sit on the table. Load-out photos show how a unit leaves the yard and how it sits on a RORO berth or a 40-foot flat rack. A tablet carries the video set: walkaround, cold start, system pressure tests and, where the job calls for it, a full working-cycle demo filmed at the plant.

Physical samples travel with us too. Steel cutouts, so you can check gauge and weld quality with your own fingers. Paint swatches for cab and body colors. Interior trims and seat material. Decal and logo proofs for your own livery. Branded pump, winch and valve units you can pick up and weigh in your hand - because a component list on paper is not the same as the part on the bench.

If the exact truck you operate is not parked in front of us, the spec cards and videos for it are still on the table. We will walk the build sheet with you line by line: chassis, engine, body, working equipment, steering side, emission standard for your registration rules, and the option boxes that push a price up or down. Twenty minutes over a build sheet settles more than a week of messages, and we can hand you a written quote before you leave the hall.

3. What a Thirty-Minute Talk Settles

FOB versus CIF. Most quotes leave our office as FOB Qingdao or Shanghai. Say the word and we will price CIF to your port with freight and insurance itemized, usually the same day.

MOQ and lead time. MOQ is one unit. Lead time runs 25 to 50 working days by model after the deposit lands; RHD builds and heavily optioned units sit at the long end of that range.

Payment. T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. L/C at sight works from three units upward.

Shipping options: RORO ships, bulk carriers, or 40‑ft flat‑rack containers, departing from Qingdao, Shanghai or Guangzhou. Rather than picking whatever looks lowest on the quote sheet, we suggest you go with the solution that works for your local port lifting equipment and actual budget.

OEM details. Color, logos, steering side, emission level, and the brand of pump, winch, valve or hydraulics you want fitted - everything is locked into the proforma invoice before steel is cut, so the truck that arrives is the truck you signed for.

Documents and inspection. CO, COC and full English paperwork travel with the unit. Pre-shipment inspection by your own surveyor is welcome at the plant. Before release every truck runs a 30 km road test and a full function check of its working systems under operating pressure.

Bring a one-page target spec - chassis, body size, engine range, your port, your quantity - and you can leave the booth with a written quote in your pocket. That is the fastest way to use the fair.

4. Locating Booth 13.0B11‑13

Phase 1 runs October 15‑19, 2026. Exhibition halls are open 9:30‑18:00 every day.

Venue: Canton Fair Complex, 382 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.

Our booth is 13.0B11‑13, situated within the vehicle & auto‑parts area of Hall 13.0.

Take Metro Line 8 to Pazhou Station and you’ll arrive right at the exhibition grounds. Make sure you apply for your buyer badge online ahead of your trip. On‑site registration desks are available, but long lines will eat into your valuable fair visiting time. For overseas visitors, keep your invitation letter handy together with your passport — this will help speed up the entry check‑in process.

5. Cannot Make It to Guangzhou?

Fair weeks are busy for everyone. If October does not fit your calendar, the door we use the rest of the year stays open.

Q: We cannot travel to Guangzhou. How do we buy after the fair?

A: Exactly as before - WhatsApp or email with your target spec. You get price, lead time and shipping options within 24 to 48 hours, plus electronic brochures and video links the same day.

Q: Which trucks will actually be on display at the stand?

A: The units parked in front of us are a working sample of what we ship in the highest volume this year. We lock the final floor list about three weeks before the fair opens, because production schedules decide which finished trucks can roll into Guangzhou. If the model you need is not on the floor, its spec cards, videos and build sheets are on the table - and the order book is open either way.

Q: Is the price at the booth different from your email quote?

A: The price list on the table is the same list we quote by email. What changes at the fair is speed: with your spec in hand we confirm availability and lock terms face to face instead of over three rounds of messages.

Q: What warranty do you get with the truck?

A: Engine, transmission and axles carry a 1‑year / 100,000‑km warranty, whichever hits first. Each truck also comes with a free set of consumable spare parts. All warranty details are formally stated in the contract, we don’t rely on verbal promises.

Conclusion

Booth 13.0B11‑13 is only one small spot in this massive 1.55‑million‑sq‑m exhibition. But the work behind our booth doesn’t start for the fair — it’s ongoing all year long. We source chassis matched to your requirements, build truck bodies right at our own factory, test every functional component and carry out road trials. Only after passing all checks will a truck be cleared for loading onto ship.

Feel free to bring over your preferred specs. We’ll have pricing documents, production photos ready, and we’ll even have coffee/tea waiting for you.

See you in Guangzhou, October 15 to 19.
