Recently, 5 units ISUZU 600P 4X2 4000L high-pressure road sweeper truck, which customized and manufactured for our customer in Guyana, successfully completed production and testing and are ready for delivery. This model combines a high-quality Isuzu chassis with leading domestic sanitation equipment technology, offering an efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent next-generation road cleaning solution.

2. Compined High Pressure Cleaning with Vacuum Sweeping Design

Equipped with a large capacity 4000L clean water tank and an 800L sewage tank to provide long operating time.

The high pressure water pump pressure can reach 18-20MPa, and with the multi-angle rotating nozzles, which can remove stubborn stains thoroughly.

The vacuum suction system efficiently collects road dust, fallen leaves, and other debris, the cleaning efficiency is over 95%.

Precautions for Use

• Preoperation Check

  Ensure enough water in the water tank and enough capacity in the sewage tank.

  Check the high-pressure nozzles are not blocked and if the suction pipes are not sealed.

  
  

• Working Procedures

  Before starting the high pressure water pump, lower the spray bar and suction plate to prevent high pressure water from injuring people.

  Avoiding manhole covers and potholes to prevent damage to the suction plate.

  
  

• Maintenance

  After each work, cleaning the filter screen and empty the sewage tank to tank's prevent corrosion by pollutants.

  Checking the high pressure pump oil, seals, and vacuum fan status Regularly.

  
  

• Safety Precautions:

  In winter, please draining any remaining water from the pipes to prevent freezing and cracking after work.

  During operation, unauthorized personnel stop to approach rotating parts or high-pressure jet areas.
