As a collaborator of this production task, CHUSHENG VEHICLE quickly formed a special team after receiving the technical drawings, and formulated a strict production plan for core indicators such as the volume accuracy of the oil tank (45 cubic meters ± 1%), weld strength (X-ray flaw detection pass rate 100%), and anti-corrosion coating (double-layer epoxy resin + polyurethane topcoat). During the production process, the company uses military-grade welding robots and three-dimensional laser calibration platforms to ensure that the roundness error of the tank body is ≤3mm. At the same time, the valve sealing is zero-leakage through helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology, and the whole process data is traceable.
After completion, the customer representative team made a special trip to the CHUSHENG factory to conduct full-dimensional quality inspections on the oil tanks. During the acceptance process, the customer randomly selected 30 oil tanks and retested key parameters such as tank wall thickness uniformity, weld flatness, and anti-static coating resistance value (≤10⁶Ω). The results showed that all met the EU PED pressure vessel certification standards. The customer manager said: "It took only 10 weeks to complete the workload that normally takes 12 weeks, and every detail can stand up to scrutiny. This "sense of responsibility under non-contractual constraints" is impressive."
