Product Introduction
A tractor truck — semi tractor, truck head, prime mover, whatever your market calls it — is a chassis with a fifth wheel instead of a cargo body. It couples to a semi-trailer, carries nothing itself, and earns its keep by never sitting still. The 6x4 layout (three axles, two driven) is the workhorse choice for West and East Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia because it puts traction on the road when the trailer is heavy and the surface is not.
Here is the honest comparison. A 4x2 tractor is lighter, cheaper and burns less fuel, but on a wet laterite ramp with a loaded container it spins the drive axle and the load wins. A 6x4 F3000 puts power through two rear axles — up to 40-50 tons of gross combination weight on the standard build — which is why fleet operators running 40-foot containers, lowbeds and tippers keep coming back to it. Against the HOWO and Dongfeng trucks in the same class, the F3000 typically prices a few thousand USD lower FOB while sharing the same Weichai / FAST driveline family, so parts knowledge and workshops overlap. And against a second-hand Japanese import with 400,000 km already logged, a new F3000 with a 12-month warranty and full English paperwork usually lands at a comparable number — without the mystery maintenance history.
We export the F3000 line complete: cab and chassis from Xi'an, our own pre-delivery inspection, and every export document handled in-house. No OEM/ODM middle layers for the tractor itself — you get the factory build sheet and a single point of contact.
Technical Specifications
Our standard export model is the SX4255JV324. Tucked beneath the cab is the Weichai WP12.430E201 inline‑six engine, 11.596‑litre displacement. It churns out 316 kW (430 HP) at 1,900 rpm, and delivers its maximum torque of 2,060 N·m across 1000‑1400 rpm — the sweet spot for climbing uphill under load.
Power gets transferred via the FAST 12JSD200T‑B gearbox: 12 forward gears plus 2 reverse gears, paired with a 430‑mm diaphragm clutch. When the truck’s running at full load on good paved highways, expect fuel use between 28‑32 L per 100 km. Fitted with a 400‑litre aluminium fuel tank, it can go around 1,200‑1,400 km before drivers have to stop for refuelling.
Chassis details are critical for tough‑terrain operations. This model has a 3,175 + 1,400 mm wheelbase. Its main frame is 850×300 mm, constructed using 8 mm and 5 mm layered frame rails. A 7.5‑ton MAN‑pattern axle sits at the front, while the rear uses two 13‑ton MAN double‑reduction axles. We offer final drive ratios between 4.266 and 5.262, so you can pick one suited to the roads you mostly drive.
It uses 12.00R20 tyres — ten on‑road tyres plus one spare. The tare weight stands at roughly 8,800 kg, maximum speed is 90 km/h, and it can climb slopes as steep as 30%. Braking is handled by dual‑line air brakes, backed up by the WEVB exhaust brake to hold the truck steady on long downhill runs. The electrical setup is 24‑volt with a 165Ah maintenance‑free battery. Power steering with ZF‑derived hydraulics comes as standard.
The cab is where drivers live. F3000 extended high-roof, double sleeper, four-point air-suspended cab mount, air-suspended driver seat, auto A/C, electric windows, sun visor, interlock. 90# fifth wheel standard, JOST optional.

We also offer lower‑power variants built on this exact chassis. The 375 HP and 400 HP WP12 engine options fit straight onto the same 12JSD200T‑B gearbox. We bring these alternatives into our quotations for buyers who prioritize a better price tag over maximum output performance.
Product Line
Four main configurations cater to nearly all real‑world buyer requirements. The 375 HP variant is the cost‑effective choice for flat terrain and lighter trailers. The 400 HP sits as the mid‑range option, our go‑to setup for regular dry‑van haulage. Most container and cross‑corridor operators go for the standard 430 HP model. Meanwhile, the heavy‑duty 16‑ton‑axle variant takes on mining and project‑based heavy cargo that would overstress lighter chassis.
Left‑hand drive comes factory‑fitted as standard. We can carry out right‑hand drive conversions for markets including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Pakistan, Sudan and Yemen. Euro II and Euro III are our typical export emission standards; Euro V is available upon special request for regions with tighter emission rules.
