A van truck is a rigid truck with a sealed cargo box instead of an open bed. Freight stays dry, dust-free, and out of sight. We hear the same story from Lagos to Manila: cargo claims drop, insurance premiums ease off, and nothing walks off the truck at a red light.

Then there is the axle math. A 4x2 van carries 5 to 10 tons. This 6x4 carries 25 to 30. One trip instead of three. Fuel per ton drops, driver cost per ton drops, and your fleet needs fewer trucks on the road. An 8x4 hauls a little more but burns more fuel and fights for room in tight streets. For regional distribution the 6x4 sits in the sweet spot.

We build these on genuine SINOTRUK HOWO ZZ1257 chassis in our own plant, with box bodies fabricated to order. LHD or RHD, your call.

Technical Specifications

Three engines carry most of the demand. The WD615.69 puts out 336HP from 9.726 liters, six cylinders inline, turbocharged and intercooled. The WD615.47 gives you 371HP from the same block. Mountain routes and habitual overloading get the D12.42, 420HP from 11.596 liters, 126 x 155mm bore and stroke. Torque on the 371HP unit peaks near 1500 N.m between 1300 and 1600 rpm, right where a loaded truck lives.

Gearbox is the HW19710, 10 forward and 2 reverse. Clutch is a 430mm single-plate dry diaphragm with air assistance. Rear end runs an HC16 tandem, 16 tons per axle. HF9 front axle, 9 tons, carries the steering. Fuel tank 400 liters standard.

Configuration cross-check:

Wheelbase options run 4600+1350, 5200+1400, and 5800+1400mm. GVW 25,000kg. Tires 12.00R20, ten wheels plus one spare. Gradeability 30 percent fully loaded. Top speed 85 to 110 km/h depending on the rear axle ratio.

Packing and shipping. MOQ is one unit. Lead time runs 25 to 40 working days after deposit, longer if you order RHD or a refrigerated body. Trucks ship nude with anti-rust wax by RORO or bulk vessel out of Qingdao, Shanghai, or Lianyungang. CO and COC documents get issued to match your port's rules. Container loading on 40FR is possible with the box knocked down, if you would rather reassemble it locally.

Quality and certification. ISO9001 plant, CCC and SGS audits on file. Before any truck leaves us it gets a 30km road test, an air system pressure check, a weld and seam inspection on the box, and a water spray test to prove the seals hold. Every unit ships with a free wear-parts kit: filters, belts, clutch slave cylinder.

Application Fields

Furniture and appliances. Flat-packed wardrobes, mattresses, fridges in cartons, moving factory to showroom dry and scratch-free.

FMCG distribution. Supermarket restocking runs, pallet in and pallet out, and the tailboard option removes the loading dock from the equation.

E-commerce line haul. LTL freight between city hubs on overnight schedules where a wet carton means a claim.

Agri produce. Bagged grain and boxed fruit that must not get soaked at the farm gate.

Moving and relocation. Household movers run these because one locked box beats three open trucks and a prayer.

Product Series

Pick the engine first. 336HP for flat regional work, 371HP for mixed terrain, 420HP if your routes climb or you habitually run heavy. Then the box: 6.8m for tight city work, 7.65m and 8.65m mid options, 9.5m for maximum cube. Steel corrugated is the default build. Aluminum drops around 400kg of tare weight, extra cost, and the wing van version opens both sides for forklift crews. Cabs come as HW76 with one bunk or HW79 with two, both with A/C. Euro 2, 3, or 5 emission builds ship to match your market's registration rules. LHD and RHD both available.
